Terms and Conditions

We do everything we can to make shopping on this site easy and worry-free. Please read the details below for the full picture of the care we are taking with your shopping experience.

Buying

Buying could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to send your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch and Solo via our secure payment gateway ProtX and also via Google Checkout. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please print the order and send with the cheque or postal order payable to Copper Lime Limited for the appropriate amount to:

Shipping

We have a number of shipping options to suit your needs. Curently we charge a small shipping charge of £2.50 for standard second class UK rate, £3.50 for 1st Class UK rate and £7.50 for special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery if order is recieved before 10.00am Monday to Friday). For temperature sensitive products the standard rate is £7.50 and is guaranteed next day delivery if order is recieved before 12 noon. There may be 24 hours delay due to bank holidays etc. UK VAT is charged on shipping. 

Occasionally when demand for a specific product is unusually high postage may delayed until new stock arrives.

The charge includes packaging and handling.

Without selecting special delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time period, particularly throughout the Christmas period. Outside the UK within the EU we charge a flat rate of £10.50 on each order to cover postage and packing.

For special delivery within the UK items we can track postage, and are able to obtain time and date of delivery from the Royal Mail. If you are not in when the package is delivered the Royal Mail will usually leave a card letting you know where you can pick up the package. IBSHealthcare does not accept responsibility for packages which have been delivered which you fail to pick up from the post office.

If you live in an area where VAT is not payable (e.g. Channel islands), please let us know by emailing info@pmshealthcare.co.uk after paying your order and we will refund the VAT to your credit card.

We do not supply products outside of the European Union with the exception of the non-EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland.

Weight

There is no maximum weight limit for goods sent within the UK and EU. 

Delivery

Goods are sent to you as soon as possible. We aim to post all orders within 2-three days of ordering. Small orders of popular lines will be posted within 1-2 days. Larger orders, or orders for less popular lines may take longer. We do not download or process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. If we can not quickly supply your full order, we will supply those items in stock and the balance of your order as soon as the stock arrives. You can, of course, cancel the order if you wish before despatch.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If there are any problems with any item we send you, please let us know, and we will put it right.

Cancellation Policy

If after placing the order you wish to cancel, then please telephone 01925 601663 or email info@pmshealthcare.co.uk.  Please do this as soon as possible as we endevour to despatch all orders the same day they arrive. You need not have any specific reason for cancelling and you will not be charged any administration fees. If the goods have been despatched we ask you not to open the package when it arrives. Can you then please return the goods according to our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you find the item is not suitable after you receive it, then send it back to us and we will give you a prompt and courteous refund of the price of the goods, but we do ask that you pay the return postage. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.

Acceptance of Orders

When you order online you will be sent an automated e-mail immediately to confirm that your order has been received at the web site. We will regularly download orders from the web site, and check them to see that we accept the orders. It is only at this point that your order is accepted by us. If for any reason we do not accept your order we will e-mail you. Please give your correct e-mail address, and do not block our replies with a spam filter, as otherwise you will not receive our e-mails about your order.

Pricing

We try to keep all prices up to date, but if we have made a mistake and find the price of the goods are significantly different than the price on the shopping cart, then we will e-mail you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the new price. Your order is only accepted once we agree that the prices are correct.

Pricing is in UK Pounds. We do not provide a currency converter, but you can obtain a good idea of prices in any currency by using the Universal Currency Converter. Remember this will not be exact, only a guide, as the actual conversion will be done by your credit card company.

Credit Card Security

We take all steps to make sure that shopping with us is safe, secure, and worry free. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Your credit card details are processed on a secure web site, and your browser will show a padlock symbol in the bottom corner to show that the site is secure.

Cookies

Our shopping cart needs to put a 'cookie' on your computer to record what you have ordered. This is nothing to worry about, and is a feature of Windows. Some people are worried about cookies, and set up their computer to block them. If you do this you can not order from our shopping cart, but you can still post.

Shopping Cart

We use one of the most popular and secure payment gateways on the internet - SAGE-PAY/ProtX, we also offer payment via Google Checkout. Both use a very high level of security to code your order and credit card details, so that only we can read it. Your credit card details are taken on SAGE-PAY/ProtX’s or Google's own secure web server.

We conform with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act,1998.

Privacy Policy

We respect your confidentiality, and will never give your E-mail address to anyone else. We will send you E-mails confirming that we have received your order, if there are any problems, and confirm when we have sent your order. We would request that you give us your correct E-mail address, as many E-mail address given to us with orders are not correct. This does make it difficult for us to contact you about your order if there is a problem. We do not send marketing E-mails to personal E-mail addresses (spam).

Customs Policies

Each country has its own Customs Policies. We try to keep up to date with these, but can not know every policy in every country. We recommend that you check with the Customs Authority in your own country to see that the goods you order will not be blocked by Customs. We describe the goods we are sending you on the Customs Declaration, which we stick on to the package for Customs to see. Where we know of Customs restrictions, we will notify you, and cancel your order. Some countries charge an Import Duty on goods going through customs. It is up to you to find out about these policies for your country, and to pay any extra duties imposed.

Tax

All goods are supplied according to the tax laws operating in the United Kingdom, where the sale actually takes place. Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on the value of all goods we supply, and is also charged on shipping costs. Certain items can be supplied without us charging VAT if you post us a VAT Exemption Form. We do not supply items abroad, without charging the appropriate VAT, on any other basis.
